Launch Fund

Our goal is to raise $200,000 by March 2026 to launch Homechurch. As of January 2026, we have raised $158,000, reaching 79 percent of our goal. Your generosity helps build the foundation for a new community where people can encounter Jesus and find their home in Him.

  • Can I give online?

  • Can I set up a recurring gift?

    Yes! Recurring giving is easy, convenient and allows us predictable funding. Recurring giving is available through our online portal. When you give online, change the "frequency" to "regularly". From there, you can select your giving frequency as weekly, bi-monthly, monthly,  etc. 

  • How will my gift be used?

    Your gift directly supports the planting of Homechurch in Pittsburgh, PA. 


    We openly share the honesty, integrity, and spiritual values that guide the financial practices of Homechurch, and we believe that people can safely focus on what God is calling them to give and trust that He is leading our church to steward it well. 


    Donations fund these expenses: 


    Operations

    Supports the dedicated leadership and administrative tools needed to organize the launch team, plan services, and shepherd our growing community during this critical pre-launch phase.


    Internal Ministry

    Our Internal Ministry expenses include (but are not limited to) costs related to Kids, Youth, Young Adults, classes, "Church Anywhere" house church gatherings, and our "Church Together" gatherings.


    Launch Expenses

    Covers the one-time costs essential to opening our doors, including legal fees, equipment for worship and kids' ministry, signage, and securing our initial hub. 


    Community Outreach & Marketing

    Resources to help us meet our neighbors before we launch. This funds community service projects, mailers, social media, and community events to let the city know we are here. 


    Missions & Mercy

    10% of donations received goes towards local and global needs.

  • How can I view my giving history or statements?

    To view your giving history or statements, sign in to your Homechurch TIthe.ly account.

    This portal allows you to manage your donations and access your contribution records.

  • Can I send you a check?

    Absolutely! We are in the process of setting up a P.O. Box. In the meantime, please email us at info@homechurchpgh.com, and we will be happy to provide our temporary mailing address. 


    Please make checks payable to "Homechurch." In the memo, please let us know where to direct your funds (Tithes, Offerings, etc.)


    Important:

    Please include your name and email address with your check so we can properly link your gift to your account.


  • Are my donations tax deductible?

    Yes! Homechurch is a 501(c)(3) organization through the Assemblies of God.


    All donations are tax-deductible and will be properly receipted! Annual giving statements are typically sent out by January 31 of the following year.
